The guarantee

If you are not glad you bought it, write to contact@e-dreamsllc.com within fourteen days of your purchase and ask for your money back. That is the whole procedure. You do not have to give a reason, return anything, delete anything, or answer a single follow-up question.

You get the full amount back. Not the amount less a processing fee, not store credit — the sum that left your account.

You keep the files. We are not going to chase pages you have already printed or a spreadsheet already on your computer.

What it covers

Every product sold on levilapp.online, bought at any price:

- The Half-Feed Flock — the nine files and the Calculator

- The Paying Flock — if you added it at checkout

- The Healthy Flock — if you added it at checkout

Each is refundable on its own. Asking for your money back on an added product does not affect the first one, and asking for the first one back does not oblige you to return the others.

How long it takes

1. We reply to confirm, normally within one business day.

2. The refund is issued to the original card or account. We cannot send it anywhere else — that is a rule of the payment system, not ours.

3. Your bank then takes five to ten business days to show it. That part is out of our hands, and it is the step that takes the longest.

After fourteen days

The guarantee has run out, but the inbox has not. If something has gone wrong — the wrong product, a duplicate charge, a file you could never open — write anyway and say what happened. Duplicate and mistaken charges are refunded whenever we find them, with no time limit.

Please write to us before your bank

If you open a dispute with your bank instead of emailing, the payment processor freezes the transaction and we are locked out of it — which means we cannot give you the refund you were entitled to anyway, and it takes you far longer to see your money. Your statutory rights

This guarantee sits on top of the law and does not replace it. Because these are digital files delivered the moment you pay, consumers in the EU and the UK are normally asked to agree that delivery starts immediately, which ends the automatic fourteen-day right to withdraw. We give you those fourteen days anyway, as a promise from us to you. Nothing here limits any right you hold under the consumer law of your own country.
