1. Who you are dealing with

This site and everything sold on it belong to SET-LEGAL-ENTITY, registered at SET-REGISTERED-ADDRESS, contactable at contact@e-dreamsllc.com. "We" and "us" mean that company.

2. What you are buying

Digital files — PDFs you print and a spreadsheet you open. There is no physical product, nothing is posted to you, and nothing arrives in the mail. The description on the sales page tells you what is in each one.

3. Price and payment

Prices are in US dollars and shown before you pay. Every purchase is a single payment. There is no subscription, no trial that turns into a charge, no login, and nothing to cancel. We will never charge the card again without you buying something else.

Introductory prices are exactly that: the price rises later, and the page tells you what it rises to. The price you paid is the price you paid.

4. Delivery

The download page opens the moment the payment clears, and the same link is emailed to the address you entered. If neither happens within a few minutes, check your spam folder and then write to contact@e-dreamsllc.com.

5. What you may and may not do with the files

You get a personal, non-exclusive, permanent licence to use them for your own household or your own flock.

You may:

- Print as many copies as you like, for yourself.

- Write on them, photocopy your own worksheets, tape the cards to your feed bin.

- Keep them forever, on as many of your own devices as you own.

You may not:

- Resell, share, email, or give away the files.

- Upload them anywhere others can download them, including groups, forums and file-sharing sites.

- Reproduce them in your own book, course or membership, paid or free.

- Strip the text out and republish it as your own.

The text, the illustrations and the layout stay our property. Buying a copy buys you the use of it, not the rights to it.

6. Refunds

Fourteen days, one email, no reason needed, the full amount back, and you keep what you printed. The Refund Policy is part of these terms.

7. What the book can and cannot promise

The book sets out arithmetic and a method. What it is designed to do is about a sixth off your feed bill in the first thirty days, about half in June, July and August, and about a third across the year.

That is one twelve-hen flock on my prices, not a promise about yours.

Your feed costs, your birds, your climate, your local suppliers and what you actually do with the sheets all change the result. We do not guarantee any saving, any figure, or any outcome. Nothing here is veterinary advice — if a bird is sick, call a vet, not a spreadsheet.

8. Our liability

We stand behind the guarantee in section 6, and that is the remedy we offer: your money back. Beyond that, and to the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses — lost profits, lost birds, lost time — arising from the use of these files. Our total liability to you will not exceed what you paid us. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

9. If you misuse the files

Distributing or republishing the files ends your licence immediately. You would also still owe us the money, and we would still have the right to pursue it.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top tells you when we last did. The terms that apply to your purchase are the ones that were live on the day you bought.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of SET-JURISDICTION, and the courts of SET-JURISDICTION have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country you live in.
